Yoga Offerings

We feel strongly that yoga helps develop our interoceptive skills, bringing awareness back to our bodies - an awareness that is often disrupted by society’s messages and by traumatic experiences. Our classes provide a safe and supportive space to explore Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, or a thoughtful combination of the three. Evidence-based research, along with our clinical experience, shows yoga to be a powerful tool in supporting eating disorder recovery and overall well-being.

Trained by the world-renowned Anne Van Valkenburg under YogaWorks, the top-rated and highly acclaimed teacher training studio, and Dr. Ann Saffi Biasetti, the esteemed author, yoga instructor, and therapist who is dedicated to supporting others on their journey through eating disorder recovery, we take great pride in our education and and wisdom shared with us. We are honored to carry this forward, offering trauma-informed yoga as a pathway to healing, resilience, and reconnection.

Nurture your body and mind with personalized 1:1 yoga. These sessions designed to meet you where you are—whether in the comfort of your home or within our calming studio space. With a focus on safety, choice, and whole-person well-being, you’ll receive supportive, individualized guidance to help ease stress, restore balance, and gently reconnect with yourself.
